The pool was great, kids had a blast jumping in and out, and the staff were friendly and brought us extra towels without us even asking. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with real eggs that blew the typical hotel buffet out of the water-seriously, who does that?

Housekeeping services need consistency!!! Pool area could use more towels and better maintenance!!! The elevator is painfully slow and should be addressed to accommodate guests during busy times!!!

Albany's local food scene was also a treat with spots like Ted's Fish Fry and Moe's Southwest Grill just a stone's throw away.

Now about the pool—big bummer! We just wanted some splash time but found it closed. A little heads-up would have saved us the hotel fee, as we could've just cruised to Crossgates instead. Still, the charm of the staff made the sting less sharp.

We had a decent room but the service was a mess. The AC barely worked, and when I pointed it out, it got fixed only for a bit. The evening social was a disaster, especially with a rude attendant who yelled at me. Food was okay, but we found spiders in our room, which is really not cool.
