Family with kids will love it
The pool was great, kids had a blast jumping in and out, and the staff were friendly and brought us extra towels without us even asking. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with real eggs that blew the typical hotel buffet out of the water-seriously, who does that?
It wasn’t inexpensive but worth the experience overall.

great service , but minor room issues
The breakfast selections were consistently excellent , with the staff actively keeping everything replenished. The Wednesday evening gathering was a delightful surprise, featuring a full turkey dinner that exceeded my expectations. The magical transformation of decorations during a snowstorm added a wonderful touch to our stay, enhancing the cozy atmosphere.
The room had some minor maintenance issues that needed attention.

The Homewood Suites provided a perfect balance of comfort and convenience during my recent business trip. The fully equipped kitchen in my One-Bedroom King Suite allowed me to prepare meals at my leisure, saving both time and money. The breakfast included freshly made waffles and a good variety of healthy options. Additionally, the staff was accommodating and quickly assisted with my meeting space requirements, making my overall experience efficient and pleasant.
Limited kitchen utensils could use improvement.

Here's my take on it
My stay was quite satisfying, especially with the suite's kitchen amenities and quick Wi-Fi. Breakfast was notably impressive, with fresh, plentiful options, and the staff were genuinely helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Unfortunately, the elevators were somewhat slow, which dampened convenience amidst the bustle. Still, I'd recommend it for a longer stay!

Housekeeping services need consistency!!! Pool area could use more towels and better maintenance!!! The elevator is painfully slow and should be addressed to accommodate guests during busy times!!!

Breakfast was a culinary gem, featuring golden malted waffles that I’d sell my left shoe for! The crew was top-notch, especially during the Wednesday night gathering, whipping up a turkey feast that blew us away. Albany's local food scene was also a treat with spots like Ted's Fish Fry and Moe's Southwest Grill just a stone's throw away.
Now about the pool—big bummer! We just wanted some splash time but found it closed. A little heads-up would have saved us the hotel fee, as we could've just cruised to Crossgates instead. Still, the charm of the staff made the sting less sharp.

I loved the spaciousness of the room, which included a fully equipped kitchen and cozy seating area. The decor was elegant and welcoming, and the hotel had great accessibility features, making it easy for seniors to navigate.
More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

Service issues spoiled our stay.
We had a decent room but the service was a mess. The AC barely worked, and when I pointed it out, it got fixed only for a bit. The evening social was a disaster, especially with a rude attendant who yelled at me. Food was okay, but we found spiders in our room, which is really not cool.

great access to parks and local dining options
We enjoyed our stay, especially the fantastic breakfast with plenty of options and the spacious, comfortable two queen bedroom suite that made our family feel right at home, while the short walks to the beautiful Six Mile Waterworks Park and local eateries like Ted's Fish Fry truly added to our weekend adventure.

We had a delightful family stay, enjoying the spacious one-bedroom suite. The kids loved the pool and the complimentary dinner was a lovely surprise, with tasty options like chicken and salad. The staff made our time enjoyable, and the breakfast each morning was fantastic!
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

The space in the one-bedroom suite is impressive, featuring a full kitchen with ample kitchenware, perfect for families. The quick access to I-87 makes travel around the area convenient, and the proximity to various dining options on Wolf Road is a real plus.
The cleanliness of the bathroom needs attention, especially with areas that seem to be missed frequently, like the back of the door and near the floor. The pool area ran short on towels during a busy holiday weekend, making it a little inconvenient after a swim. Also, the beds lacked the comfort I expected, which might be a dealbreaker for a good night’s rest.
